ABOUT Rachel

Rachel Burkhart is an emerging interdisciplinary artist and art educator from Greenville South Carolina, and now based in Rock Hill South Carolina. She is currently a Middle School Art teacher in Charlotte North Carolina

She received her Bachelor of Fine Art from Winthrop University, She has a passion and commitment to the creative process.

I hold the belief that teaching art goes beyond the studio practice, the skills you learn in an art class also deal with life skills, creative problem-solving, and tenacity.
